Paleo Fall Latte
So this year I have made the decision to change my eating lifestyle. I chose to start eating Paleo, I feel great and I have clarity and not to mention the inches that melt off the waist is totally worth it. Since it's fall, pumpkin spice and cinnamon lattes are being drank and I get a little jealous, not gonna lie. Once in a blue moon I do order a delicious sugar packed latte but for the most part I make my own lattes. I can't tell you how excited I am to share my fall latte recipe with you all!
Start out with 1/4 of a cup of coconut milk, a little bit of honey or for a vegan option use coconut sugar, and a dash of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in the bottom of your mug. Stir together and add your hot coffee. Top off your yummy latte with coconut milk whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for a pretty garnish.
